The Main Camp: A single level round horizontal log structure with partial basement on a poured concrete foundation. A large portion of the basement floor is troweled concrete (approx 32’ x 44’). Records indicate that the camp was constructed in 1945 by the first owner, Seabury Stanton.
Camp Details:
Total area: Approximately 1,950 square feet.
3 bedrooms.
2 Bathrooms with plumbing for running water with flush toilets
Large Living Room with fireplace.
Cook’s quarters, (bedroom & bath), off kitchen.
Linoleum flooring.
Asphalt shingle roof. (in need of new shingles).
Gas Stove/Oven, 2 propane refrigerators and one propane chest freezer.
Propane lighting.
Open porch of approximately 980 square feet.
Heat: Wood furnace in the cellar with ductwork for the bedrooms and living room. Wood stove in kitchen for rear of camp. Separate furnace flu contained in fireplace chimney.

All furniture, including 2 beds & mattresses in each bedroom.
Pillows, sheets, blankets, wash cloths & towels.
All kitchenware, cookware, plates, silverware, etc.
Guides Camp:

Rectangular shaped single story concrete foundation and block construction. Metal roof covered over a wood frame rafter construction. Area: 416 square feet.

(3) 20 foot poling canoes, condition good.
