The Main Camp:
A single level round horizontal log structure with partial basement on a poured concrete foundation. A large portion of the basement floor is troweled concrete (approx 32’ x 44’). Records indicate that the camp was constructed in 1945 by the first owner, Seabury Stanton.
Camp Details:
Total area: Approximately 1,950 square feet. 3 bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms with plumbing for running water with flush toilets Large Living Room with fireplace. Cook’s quarters, (bedroom & bath), off kitchen. Linoleum flooring. Asphalt shingle roof. (in need of new shingles). Gas Stove/Oven, 2 propane refrigerators and one propane chest freezer. Propane lighting. Open porch of approximately 980 square feet. Heat: Wood furnace in the cellar with ductwork for the bedrooms and living room. Wood stove in kitchen for rear of camp. Separate furnace flu contained in fireplace chimney.
Camp sold with:
All furniture, including 2 beds & mattresses in each bedroom. Pillows, sheets, blankets, wash cloths & towels. All kitchenware, cookware, plates, silverware, etc.
Guides Camp:
A single level round horizontal log structure on a concrete post foundation. Linoleum flooring. Wood stove. 2 rooms with 2 beds each room. (may require new mattresses.) Approximately 380 square feet with about 150 square feet of covered porch.
Boat House:
Rectangular shaped single story concrete foundation and block construction. Metal roof covered over a wood frame rafter construction. Area: 416 square feet.
Additional Assets:
(3) 22 foot square ended canoes, condition fair. (3) 20 foot poling canoes, condition good.
Site Improvements & Utilities:
Generator: Yamaha (in small generator shed) Recently added Artesian well with pump. Septic system. Large lawn surrounding all buildings and parking area adjacent to main camp.
